The Stop the Drop HSE Campaign was a comprehensive three-day initiative designed to mitigate dropped-object hazards and enhance workplace safety. The program commenced with a focused Toolbox Talk that defined hazards—such as falling tools and debris—and identified high-risk activities like scaffolding work and lifting operations. Over the course of the campaign, leadership, including PFC HSE Manager Liyon Jose and BCG HSE Manager Ahmed Kamal, facilitated detailed awareness speeches, visual campaign displays, and practical demonstrations of preventive controls like tool lanyards, toe boards, and proper material stacking. The event also featured interactive elements, such as a quiz session with BCG HSE Engineer Fayaz Khan and the presentation of Best Safety Awards to recognize exemplary worker participation. Ultimately, this structured engagement improved workforce compliance and reinforced individual responsibility for maintaining a secure overhead environment.
