PFC Top management had set as a practice of Recognising which in turn helps employees see that their company values them and their contributions to the success of their team and the company overall. This time the motto was “We PFC Connected together’’. Each employees gets a feeling of Oneness when their hard work is seen and addressed. It was hard time for PFC and Employees as well during this pandemic. This will help to produce Happy employees are more productive. Being recognised gives PFC staff the feeling of job mastery and that they are a great fit for their role and for PFC.
